Cancellation/Booking Procedure
To maintain a reservation, a deposit of
the first night's stay (or 50% if single
night) non refundable is required to
secure the booking. This can be made
via cheque, money order, or credit card
with Visa, Mastercard and American
Express. Payment for the deposit
constitutes the clients acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions.
The booking fee will be deducted from
your accommodation.
Balance of the booking fee must be
received in full 7 days prior to arrival
(or on arrival by arrangement with
owners). Booking fees will be returned if
cancellation occurs more than 14 days
before check-in date. A $50 cancellation
fee will apply. Booking fees (less a $50
cancellation fee) will be returned on
cancellations fourteen days or less before
check in date, will be subject to the
reservation being re-sold. A no show for
the date(s) booked will trigger liability
for the full amount of your reservation.
A $500 booking fee applies to all
Wedding ceremonies/Receptions and is
non refundable.
